History

elkatec^™ – founded in 1990 with a separate cable and confection production in the industrial area of Fürstenhof in Werne. Development of German products in OEM quality. Besides the aftermarket produktion, equipment is generated soon for European market leaders in commercial vehicles. The strict monitoring of technological development in conjunction with high-quality cable technology provides the company with additional opportunities in a global reputation as a recognized own brand. 2003 elkatec^™ takes up patented brand protection and has established it firmly with market supportive actions.

With over 20 years of sectors experience, the medium-sized company uses its opportunity in 2011, taking a larger company terrain near the old headquarters in Werne. With the takeover elkatec succeeds the key step, to meet the challenge of increasing production levels successfully.

The company is transferred to the Capeller Street 51 (formerly Fürstenhof), thus more than doubling the available space and possibilities for production. 2012, the company focuses on the operational realignment along with the significant expansion of the elkatec^™-teams.
